LEMON BALM SALVE

(1) 1/4 cup of oil
(2)  2 tablespoons grated beeswax
(3)  heat oil in saucepan
(4) add wax
(5) poor into container & let cool

FRENCH FRIES

1) Peel & slice potatoes
















2)Fry until golden brown





3)top with salt or other seasoning

PESTO

3 cups basil leaves
4 cloves garlic
3/4 cup of parmesan
1/2 cup oil

spring rolls

1 Red pepper
3 carrots
Kale
noddles
Sping roll wrapper

1.finely slice pepper,carrots,and kale.
2.stir fry in skillet until softened.
3.lay out wrappers and place veggies and noodles in center.

Carrot Latkes

3 cups shredded carrots
3/4 cup chopped green onions
1 eggs, beaten
1/3 cup of flower
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon oil

1. Shred carrots with peeler and squeeze out extra liquid using a paper towel.
2. Stir carrots, flour, onions, egg, salt, and pepper together.
3. Form small patties.
4. Heat oil and skillet and fry patties for two minutes on each side.

NO-BAKE CARROT CAKE

11/2  cups sliced carrots
juice form one orange
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/3 a cup of suger
1/2 cup of coconut
pinch of salt
1 cup of shredded carrots
1 shredded apple

1.blend almonds in food processor until fine.
2. add coconut, orange juice,vanilla,suger,and salt and blend until smooth.
3. stir in shredded apple and carrot.
4.press into a pan lined with plastic wrap and chill over night

Recipe For Pumpkin Dip

Pumpkin dip
Cream cheese
1/2 cup of sugar
1 cup pumpkin
1/2 teaspoon Orange juice
2 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
Blend until smooth
Dip apples to eat!




Pumpkin dip and apples! enjoy!
