Carrot Latkes

3 cups shredded carrots
3/4 cup chopped green onions
1 eggs, beaten
1/3 cup of flower
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon oil

1. Shred carrots with peeler and squeeze out extra liquid using a paper towel.
2. Stir carrots, flour, onions, egg, salt, and pepper together.
3. Form small patties.
4. Heat oil and skillet and fry patties for two minutes on each side.
