NO-BAKE CARROT CAKE

11/2  cups sliced carrots
juice form one orange
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/3 a cup of suger
1/2 cup of coconut
pinch of salt
1 cup of shredded carrots
1 shredded apple

1.blend almonds in food processor until fine.
2. add coconut, orange juice,vanilla,suger,and salt and blend until smooth.
3. stir in shredded apple and carrot.
4.press into a pan lined with plastic wrap and chill over night
