Fried Jerusalem Artichokes

Ingredients:
5 Large tubers.

Batter
1 Cup Pancake mix
3/4 Cup Water

1. Wash tubers & slice into thick pieces.
2. Mix Batter
3. Dip slices into batter. let extra drip off.
4. Fry in oil until golden brown

Mashed Jerusalem Artichokes

3 cups small tubers
1/4 cups cheese
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1. wash all dirt off tubers then cut into 1 inch pieces
2 boil with salt water for 20 minutes
3. chop garlic as small as possible
4.mash cooked tubers with w/fork
5.mix with milk,cheese,and garlic.

Falafel Recipe

Recipe for Falafel

Purple fava beans

1 Chopped onion

4 Garlic cloves

1 Teaspoon salt

1 Teaspoon cumin

1/2 Teaspoon chili powder

1 Teaspoon baking powder

4-6 Tablespoons flour

I liked the recipe ALOT it was pretty yummy :)
I liked how it was crunchy && How we ate it with veggies, & The Hummus all together. i would definitely would like to eat it again.


Combine ingredients and mix in food processor until roughly chopped. Form into a ball & Chill in refrigerator for thirty minutes. Take out  and roll into small, flat patties. Fry until golden brown.

Serve with falafel sauce, sliced vegetables (tomatoes, Cumbers) & Pita bread

Recipe For Falafel Sauce

1 Cup Yogurt


1 TableSpoon Tahini


1 TableSpoon Lemon Juice
