Fried Jerusalem Artichokes

Ingredients:
5 Large tubers.

Batter
1 Cup Pancake mix
3/4 Cup Water

1. Wash tubers & slice into thick pieces.
2. Mix Batter
3. Dip slices into batter. let extra drip off.
4. Fry in oil until golden brown
